At the Boaz Trust we’re always looking for ways to support the people we accommodate with much more than just housing. Emotional, as well as practical, support is as important and it’s why we were delighted when art therapy student, Adi Thorp, from the University of Chester, approached us to do a placement.

We are deeply concerned by the impact the asylum system has on the mental health of the individuals we work with and so being able to provide a therapeutic service to support clients is something we're really excited about.

Amy from Boaz sat down with Adi to find out more about art therapy.
