Boaz shared houses are for people who have been refused asylum or people recently granted refugee status. These houses are single sex and are allocated for men or women (unfortunately, we cannot usually accommodate family groups). Our accommodation and support is available for up to twelve months.

Can you help?

Boaz Trust has leased shared houses at peppercorn or low rent from various sources over the years, including individual supporters and a local housing association. We are currently looking to expand the number of shared houses we have to offer to people recently granted refugee status as well as people refused asylum.

We are always looking to further expand the number of shared houses we have to accommodate destitute asylum seekers. If you own a property that's sitting empty or coming up between tenancies, or you'd like to invest in a property that Boaz Trust could use for a minimum of 5 years, you could change the course of peoples' lives by offering it as a shared home for people seeking safety. Please get in touch with us today if you would like to explore this opportunity.
