Ros Holland – Chief Executive
Ros joined the Boaz Trust in 2008 as Office Manager. As Boaz grew, she worked as a Case Worker and then as Senior Case Worker, managing our client support services. She moved into the role of Chief Executive in 2013.
Katie Lifford – Head of Client Services
Katie joined the Boaz team in 2014, initially as a Case Worker supporting sanctuary-seeking women. Katie looks after the strategic development and delivery of our holistic and practical support service for clients who live in Boaz accommodation. Before joining the Boaz team, Katie was one of our regular volunteers.
Rob Clarke - Head Of Operations
Rob joined the Boaz team in 2021 as Head of Operations. This is a new role for the organisation and Rob has oversight of our housing, finance, HR and office management work, as well as our work with volunteers.
Louise Craighan - Administrator / PA
Louise joined Boaz in October 2021. Louise works full-time providing much needed support across several areas of our organisation, and works closely with our chief executive, leadership team and trustees.
Alma Budd - Finance Manager
Alma works part-time looking after our day-to-day financial management. Alma has been connected with Boaz since the very early days, volunteering at one of our local destitution projects, as well as serving as a trustee for several years.
Sarah Beaney – HR & Project Manager
Sarah oversees all things HR including Thrive, our wellbeing initiative that supports individuals and the organisation to work well, healthily and to develop. She also takes on other project work as needs arise.
Mark Ainsworth – Housing Manager
Mark manages our 20 shared houses for sanctuary seekers and refugees. He works closely with our house owners, including individual supporters, Arawak Walton and Green Pastures, to ensure that our accommodation meets all the appropriate standards and that everything is in good working order.
Amy Merone - Advocacy and Communications Manager
Amy joined the Boaz team in 2020, initially as a Client Support Worker. She now manages Boaz's advocacy and communications work. For all media enquiries, email Amy: [email protected]
Tim Emerton – Fundraiser
Tim has responsibility for securing funding for Boaz from a variety of sources including trusts, foundations, individuals and organisations. Alongside Emily, he also ensures that our fundraising activity complies with legal requirements and best practice. He would be the person to support you if you decided to fundraise for Boaz. He would love to hear from you if you’re considering it!
Emily Roberts – Fundraiser
Emily works part-time raising funds and resources to support our work. She works on grant applications and, alongside Tim, is responsible for ensuring that our fundraising activity complies with legal requirements and best practice.
Katie Pambakian – Client Support Worker
Katie works to provide tailored one-to-one support to sanctuary-seeking women living in Boaz Trust accommodation. Katie offers both practical and emotional support to clients, and ensures that they feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation.
Iman Al-Harithi – Lead Refugee Support Worker
Iman continues to develop our growing package of refugee support work, as well as working alongside people with refugee status living in Boaz accommodation, ensuring that they have access to all the support, information and resources they need to thrive and flourish here in the UK.
Rich Jones - Client Support Worker
Rich works to provide tailored one-to-one support to clients seeking sanctuary who live in Boaz Trust accommodation. Rich offers both practical and emotional support to clients, and ensures that they feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation.
Michael Weldeslassie – Refugee Support Worker
Michael works closely with our refugee clients, making sure that they have access to all the support, information and resources they need to thrive and flourish here in the UK.
Vron Earp – Client Support Worker
Vron supports our clients who are seeking sanctuary, providing practical and emotional support. She also has a role in providing support through our new model 'floating support', assisting sanctuary seeking individuals who are not accommodated by Boaz, but in need of support services. Vron volunteered at one of our night shelter venues for ten years prior to joining the team.
Phil Rawlings (Chair)
