Ros Holland – Chief Executive
Ros joined the Boaz Trust in 2008 as Office Manager. As Boaz grew, she worked as a Case Worker and then as Senior Case Worker managing our client support services, before moving into the role of Chief Executive in 2013.
Alma Budd - Finance Manager
Alma works part-time looking after our day-to-day financial management. Alma has been connected with Boaz since the very early days, volunteering at one of our local destitution projects as well as serving as a trustee for several years.
Sarah Beaney – HR & Project Manager
Sarah oversees all things HR, including Thrive (our wellbeing initiative), in order to support individuals and the organisation to work well, healthily and to develop. She also takes on other project work as the needs arise.
Lisa Lee – Office and Reception Manager (currently on Maternity Leave)
Lisa is the face and voice that will usually greet you when you contact the Boaz Trust. As Office and Reception Manager, Lisa keeps our Boaz world in order and offers a warm and welcoming frontline service to clients and other callers. Lisa also supports our volunteers and is responsible for our monthly Free Shop.
Tim Emerton – Fundraiser
Tim has responsibility for securing funding for Boaz from a variety of sources including trusts, foundations, individuals and organisations. Alongside Emily, he also ensures that our fundraising activity complies with legal requirements and best practice. He will be the person supporting you if you decide to undertake a spot of fundraising for Boaz, and he’d love to hear from you if you’re considering it!
Emily Roberts – Fundraiser
Emily works part-time raising funds and resources to support our work.
Amy Merone - Advocacy and Communications Manager
Amy joined the Boaz team in 2020, initially as a client support worker. She now manages Boaz's advocacy and communications work. For all media enquiries, email Amy at [email protected]
Mark Ainsworth – Housing Manager
Mark manages our 20 shared houses for asylum seekers and refugees. He works closely with our house owners, including individual supporters, Arawak Walton and Green Pastures to ensure that our accommodation meets all the appropriate standards and that everything is in good working order.
Katie Lifford – Client Services Manager
Katie joined the Boaz team in 2014, initially as a Case Worker supporting asylum-seeking women. Katie looks after the strategic development and delivery of our holistic and practical support service for clients who live in Boaz accommodation. Before joining the Boaz team, Katie was one of our regular volunteers.
Katie Pambakian – Client Support Worker
Katie works to provide tailored one-to-one support to asylum-seeking women living in Boaz Trust accommodation. Katie offers both practical and emotional support to clients, and ensures that they feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation.
Lydia Nelson – Refugee Support Worker
Lydia works closely with our refugee clients, making sure that they have access to all the support, information and resources they need to thrive and flourish here in the UK.
Rich Jones - Client Support Worker
Rich works to provide tailored one-to-one support to clients seeking asylum who live in Boaz Trust accommodation. Rich offers both practical and emotional support to clients and ensures that they feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation.
Michael Weldeslassie – Refugee Support Worker
Michael works closely with our refugee clients, making sure that they have access to all the support, information and resources they need to thrive and flourish here in the UK.
Vron Earp – Client Support Worker
Vron supports our male clients who are seeking asylum, providing practical and emotional support. Vron also oversees all aspects of the men’s night shelter (currently non-operational), ensuring everything runs smoothly across our seven overnight venues and evening reception venue. Vron volunteered at one of our night shelter venues for ten years prior to joining the team.
